What data does restaurant LUX process?
- Personally identifiable information, e.g. your name, phone number, your e-mail address and your reservation information.
Personally identifiable information is being collected when you communicate with us, e.g. by means of an e-mail or by submitting the online booking form. Personally identifiable information is stored in a secured environment, that only authorised staff of restaurant LUX has access to. Personally identifiable information is never shared with third parties, unless we are legally obligated or unless you explicitly gave us permission. Reservation information is anonymised after 60 days.
All data is exclusively stored within the Netherlands on systems that are administered by qualified staff of restaurant LUX only. No third parties have access to it.
There is one exception to the above: sometimes restaurant LUX may send you a text message (SMS) to remind you of your reservation. For example, when you made your reservation some time ago. This message is then delivered by Dutch SMS gateway provider MessageBird, with whom we have a Data Processing Agreement. In such a case, the sharing and processing of data is limited to your phone number only. After delivery of the SMS, the message as well as your phone number are removed at MessageBird.
You have the right to review data that identifies you as a person, and the right to have it corrected and/or deleted. To exercise this right, please send your enquiry to info@restaurantlux.nl.
